If you are looking to turn on Andover Pl. off of 17th–there is no sign for Andover on 17th–the street is kind of marked Ochoco. It is right by a railroad crossing thing. Then, just after you turn onto Ochoco, there is a fork in the road and you want to veer to the left onto St. Andrews. Watch for the Urban Camp balloons for both of these turns.
